While you can't wear any, tie a pair of underwear around your wrist while on your walk, something that is noticeably underwear.
If anyone comments it is an extra five edges.
If anyone asks why, say that you aren't comfortable going out without underwear, and as you aren't wearing any, you tied it around your wrist instead.
