How about double plugging? A daily reward suggestion?
If the situation on a particular day prevents being triple plugged...
If you could just be double-plugged for 12 hours... get 30 minutes off.
Maybe there should be a reward for posting an update... an incentive to check in daily...
say 15 minutes off if you post (limit 1 redemption per day)
add another 15 minutes if you're adding another rule, layer of routine, or modifying a suggestion to make it work.
