I could imagine a task with some options for you, for example seconds holding a deepthroat, but the first X don't count, you only have a limited time frame to do them, like three days, and the seconds you miss to do have another impact, like forcing you to do a next promise within a certain time (100% complete means unlimited time to post your next promise, 90% within a year, 80% within 6 monhts, ..., 10% or less means within the next 7 days). That would be intense and healthy as you had the option to do only a fraction, but with the incentive to do as much as you can.
