You have to make you bathing suit of shame.
Buy a white one piece bathing suit like this :

Then take a sharpie and write degrading words on your bathing suit, the ones you want, where you want, the size you want. It just have to be humiliating for you.
For exemple, you can write "LOOK AT MY SMALL BOOBS", "SPANK MY ASS" or "WEDGIE ME"...
When you're done, i want you to wear it proudly for 2 weeks with nothing over it if you're at home and under your clothes when you are outside.
