For one of your walks prepare yourself by rubbing your body and sensitive parts with icy hot, tiger balm or the like. You will walk until the effect eases off, then undress and rub yourself again in the wood before continuing your hike. Set yourself a time limit or a number of rubs in the wood to achieve for example 3. Enjoy.
