Slutty task: Get naked. Take 10 minutes to sort your bras and panties by sluttiness. Draw a line where they are not slutty enough to be a proper slut. Nevermind about wearing the slutty ones. But become aware that you should need valid reasons to wear the not slutty underwear. Just an awareness exercise.
