Put on a triple diaper and dress like a school girl. Roll two dice. The first dice decides how many times you have to crawl from one end of your house to the other. The second decides how many minutes you get for that. For each minute (rounding up) you are over the given time, you will spend another hour in this outfit and are not allowed to stand up, you can only crawl.
