Should I try to poop for 7 seconds every 5 minutes and try to hold my poop for 3d4+1 hours (If I fall to sleep before time is over the time I need to try to poop will be doubled until the rest of the time that was left over before sleeping is finished)

Or should I got to the mcdonalds and order what you want and do some more food dares?
