Subaddict loses

Winner sends 5 rules to the loser with the duration for each. Loser may refuse any, but each time they get two additional rules and one of the following chosen by the winner:
-one of the rules becomes permanent
-loser must do dare
-one of the 2 addtional rules goes against limits
