loser must either do 1 public dare wearing 3 diapers OR 3 hidden public dares wearing 1 diaper. winner chooses the dare(s) and sends them to the loser and loser will decide and pm winner which one they do. if loser provides proof, than winner must do one of the 2 dares as well and tell the loser which one they are doing.
