I've not made anyone wear my underwear. Many years ago i realised it made more sense to buy a few spare sets for that specific reason of dressing someone up, plus then i could get a mix of sizes and not risk damaging the ones i actually like!
Ok i'm convinced a flat mate or two in Uni definitely went through my clothes when i was out. But none went missing and i doubt they would have worn them. I was an only child, so no brother to sneak them himself. And any live-in boyfriends weren't into that.

Absolutely! It's a task i've given out several times to different people, and you may heard it before.
Get the sub five different bags, and put some weights in them (so when picked up you can't tell which has clothes... or doesn't). One bag a normal outfit in. The others are a mix of revealing outfits, slutty/skimpy etc.
A bag is picked at random (either by myself, or the sub spins in a circle until they don't know which way they are facing and pick one up that way). Sub heads off outside with bag and pair of scissors (usually the woods or somewhere a good walk from home, maybe a bus if really daring).
Sub gets to location. Strips and destroys their current outfit (so wear something old and crap). Now they can either be naked or whatever is in the bag!
For extra fun put a mix of toys in various bags to also be used. Or add two or three dares written on paper which have to be completed as well. You can very quickly make an entire day out of this task
