Burpees
What about a simple challenge in burpees (jump, squat, stretch your legs, lay down, squat, jump)?
I imagine it like putting your phone 2eters away from intended practicing area, starting the clock, making 10 burpees and stoping the clock.
Let's say 5 days challenge. Loser (or three worst) will put a bean into her bra for next sessions. And the one with most beams at the end of a challenge will do the next challenge with a dildo. Or a different punishment you'll all like.
