I'm sure you will be able to buy some Tiger Balm at your dollar store. Buy some of that, run yourself a freezing cold bath and apply some of the balm to the outside of your anus.
You must endure this for at least 15 minutes, then you may try and wipe it off, in your freezing cold bath.
