a note on the pg-13 thing, as I alluded to in the other thread: it really isn't that the 18+ make more money but that the non-adult is literally seriously totally for real not at all an option.
IIRC! we used to have them and they dropped us due to not wanting their products/services associated with, well....just take a ten second look at the TorD Online forum.
I don't think 18+ disclaimers are really needed--the sites themselves that are adult in nature would by law have disclaimers of their own when you click through the link. Also, I think the fact that they are 18+ (or 21 or 16 or whatever depending on your jurisdiction) seems....pretty obvious just from looking at the ad.
That said, I'm not like opposed to disclaimers. I just don't think they are strictly neccassary.
EDIT: yeah, the nudity ones should be reported. those are a whole nother league.
