I love this one! You can add to it by holding a key, you need to get free, in your hand. This way you already have the key but are unable to use it to free you from other stuff as long as you haven't removed the socks.
You write that you have access to your GF panties. Get one of her used panties and put it on your head so that the crouch part is on your nose.
Obviously you can also put her used panties or socks in your mouth an tape it shut at the beginning of your self-bondage.
Put a key (you need to get rid of other bondage elements) into a dirty ankle sock from your GF. Put it into a condom. Stuff the condom further with knee highs (preferably used). Insert the stuffed condom in your cunt. Put on panties. Put on some tight pantyhose.
Now continue with your normal bondage, including cuffing your hands behind your back, or somewhere out of reach of your pantyhose.
In order to free yourself you must manage to remove your pantyhose without using your hands and then removing the condom and then pulling the socks and the key out of the condom (this last bis can be done with cuffed hands).
