Put the plug in, pump it once, push it out without using hands. Repeat this with one more pump again and again. If you can't push it out pull it out instead using your hand, then repeat with same number of pumps as you had trouble with, trying to push it out again. Each time you fail to push it out turn the vibrations a little higher. Once the vibration is fully turned on pump 2 more times and leave it in for 10 more minutes. Then pull it out slowly without deflating it.
