1. Double Diapers for 24 hours.
2. Must use diapers as soon as you need to go with no holding.
3. You may change, but each time you change, add another diaper(first change, put on three diapers etc.).
4. All drinks from a bottle/sippy cup
5. go sleep at 9 P.M, wake up at 9 A.M
6. All food must be run through a blender and eaten as a mush just like baby food.
7. Boomer choose what you must wear
8. Must take dose of laxatives at the start of the 24 hour period, and again before bed.
9. The loser must write a detailed report and send it to the boomer.
10. At each change add a smashed banan in the back of the diaper
