Some variety for everyone, pick what you're comfortable with. Report back on which you did.
Easy (beginner):
10 medium slaps to each ball
Medium (for the casual):
15 hard slaps to each ball with 5 cock head slaps in between EACH ball slap
Hard (challenging):
10 fast strokes followed by 5 hard flicks to the head. No more than 3 seconds between each flick and you have to complete a rotation every 30 seconds for 10 minutes.
If you fail then complete the following and do not restart the task:
100 ball slaps with a metal object
100 cock head slaps with a wooden object
