This weekend I completely disregarded my diet (and ate so much that I could barely breathe or move) and have managed to gain weight. Please punish me for this so that it won’t happen again.
I would also appreciate any ideas or tasks to help me achieve my goals of losing these last 20lbs!
Note: I know I haven’t got likes and dislikes but it’s because I’m still figuring out what I do and don’t like. One thing that is very effective for me is harsh verbal humiliation
