basic rules:

1. bid price is for one week of slave ownership.
2. if owner has sufficient points, he/she may extend another week, at the same price.
3. owner may auction/trade/transfer his/her property during the week, at any price, new owner will get a fresh lease of one week ownership.
4. owner may loan out his/her property to other masters during the week, for a period of 3 days. Loan out time does not count towards the slavery term, every loan out will add 3 days to the slavery term. Rules set by the owner will remain in force during loan out period.
