Place a key on the far end of the room, tie yourself in a hogtie or a frogtie. Tie a bungee rope to a solid pole and to yourself. Add all the toys you want. As you try to get the key the rope will force you to kneel, get down, and then wiggle around to the other side. Eventually (before getting to the key) you're in a full hogtie and straining against the bungees. If you wear pantyhose you'll have less friction against the ground and make it possible for the bungees to actually pull you back away from your goal if you mess up.
