Why don't we combine your threads. Prepare a bowl of ice cold water and add some ice cubes as well to make sure it's very cold. Roll 5 dice, take that many clothes pins and attach them to your pissy lips; any that don't fit must go somewhere on your face.
Then flip a coin and start a timer and make sure you can't see it during the next part. Heads: lower your left tit into the bowl of ice water until it's completely submerged. Tails: use your right one instead.
Your task is simple: keep that tit in there until you can take no more. Then stop the timer. For every full minute you lasted you can remove one pin, repeat until they are all off.
