Stay like that for 15 minutes, each a few minutes pour some more piss on your toilet paper mask and to your mouth. After 15 minutes you can put down toilet paper roll which still should be in your hands and masturbate or just clean yourself. YOU CAN'T masturbate after cleaning yourself.
