I've gone over my calorie limit the last 2 days! Mostly due to over indulging and poor planning. In the past I've found high volume, low calorie foods are really good to eat, especially if you're like me and tend to snack a lot...

Strawberries
Cucumber
Lettuce
Etc
Are all good! Just be careful with fruits because they have a lot of sugars in them which can add up quick if you eat a LOT of them. Chewing gum and drinking water when you feel bored or slightly hungry can help too!!
