Day 3:
If you can manage +3 points a day, bolstered by some exercise, you can still do well, and comfortably. You can do it!
I've already messed up my food goals for the day, and even if keep under the calorie count will take it as a -1; I get a bit stupid with the pain, fatigue and the cold, and dose up on sugary coffee to make myself feel better. Annoying.
