Don't know much about dark souls 3 but here you go.
Every time you get hit / take damage immediately put an ice cube inside your underwear.
With immediately I mean immediately if something is attacking you to bad you better put those icecubes in fast!.
If you die you'll plug your ass for 20 min or death. Also play for an extra 30 mins prior death!
