1. Start by covering balls in toothpaste
2. Balls must be tied up five minutes per line
3. Smack balls with ruler 15 times per line
4. Balls must be stretched 2 inches from normal resting distance
5. Then tie a shoe to the balls and swing it back and forth for 2min
6. Punch balls 10 times per line
7. Drop a book on ur balls once per line
