First roll is how many hours the nights the loser will spend diapered (can be broken up).
Second roll is how many rules the winner gives to the loser while they're diapered those nights.
If both rolls are the same number, the winner rolls an additional d6 and adds that many nights, PLUS that many more rules to whatever has already been rolled.
