So I gave this to someone else already but basically what the dare is is that you insert an ice cube (or two) and then do some exercise to work up a sweat (pushups, jumping jacks or squats if you're feeling especially daring), wait a bit and then repeat for as long as you can or want to.
So the ice will be cooling your insides while your outsides will be hot from exercise. Also the melted ice will make the exercise increase in intensity as you go on.
