I am currently obsessed with an omelette I'm making. I just fold it and put spinach and feta cheese inside! You can also add onions or garlic.

Another very healthy recipe is pasta with mushrooms and spinach! Put the mushrooms in a pan with garlic and oil. Then add the spinach. Boil your pasta and then mix them with the mushrooms and the spinach. You can also add a little of lemon when you serve it (not too much!). It's AMAZING. Feta cheese is yummy in this as well.

And of course, smoothies are the best! My favorite is strawberries with a banana, peanut butter, any kind of jam you want (I prefer strawberry, cherry or peach) and coconut milk. It's perfect for breakfast and full of energy.
