I have never been the diner nor the plate, but I would do either one. Of the two, I'd prefer being the plate since I'm an exhibitionist and it would be very thrilling to be displayed like that. I'd feel kind of sorry for the diners though - I'm a pretty hairy guy, so the chances of someone finding a hair in their food would be pretty high, lol!
