Pretty easy dare.

Make an email account with a humiliating name/address (using words like: sissy, slut, whore, babe, slave, porn, sex, pet, kitten, etc.).

Use this email as part of your contact information at your bank, school, insurance company, whatever. Somewhere where you will eventually get a phone call or something where you have to confirm that this is in fact your email address.

Then sit back (maybe even for years/until you've forgotten all about it) and wait until the day comes when you have to say "Yes, that is indeed my email address. It's a long story"
