1. Remove the plug outside and go back home with it in mount(at least 3 minutes walk)
2. When there are 2 hours left drink 2 liters of water and 1 coffee. When plug time is over insert two bananas in ass and then put on a diaper and wear it for at least 3 hours
Day 6 - 9 hours
1. 30 minutes run with the plug in
2. 30 minutes bike ride with the plug in
Day 7 - 16 hours
1. Can't pee while the plug is in
