When you wake up in the morning you may not use the bathroom. Immediately diaper up. You must drink 16oz of water, and then get dressed. You're allowed to conceal your diaper, but you must go for a walk in a public area for 2hrs. If you wet at any point before you get back home, then you have to take a cold shower while wearing your wet diaper as punishment.
