Drink 32 oz of water before bed and sleep in a diaper. The goal is to have a dry diaper in the morning or you will have to repeat the dare. The trick is you must also wear two pair of underwear, pants with belt, tucked in t -shirt, tucked in button down shirt, sweat pants, sweat shirt, socks, shoes, gloves or mittens and a hat.
