I will sleep 6 hours a night for the next 6 days, during this period I will go to the bathroom a max of 2 times a day and I will drink a glass of water every 2 hours.
I will wait to pee for ___ hours and put on tight pants for ___ of those hours. If I fail, I will let the next poster punishment for ___ hours.
