1. Loser must be blindfolded while listening to files.
2. Boomer chooses all files for the loser.
3. Loser must spend an hour a day listening to the files the boomer chooses
4. Length of time needed to listen is 2 days per post in the thread
5. At least one of the files should be a curse of the losers likes
6. Max of 3 files for the duration including the curse unless agreed upon more by both
7. If the loser misses listening to the file EVER, then they have to take a punishment.
8. Loser has to listen with headphones.
9. Loser must make a blog post reviewing the effectiveness of each of the hypno files
