I'm not a girl but I can give you the scientific answer to this.

Some women (not all) can ejaculate a semen like fluid during sex. This is fluid leftover from what would have been the prostate gland if she had been born a man. I found 3 names for the gland in women (had to look it up) Paraurethralglands, Skene's gland or G-Spot (I looked up the scientific name)

The look of the fluid (copied from another site)
"it is usually clear, milky and relatively odorless, with a watery consistency."

Some women have a larger glands than others, so the amount of fluid varies and it is normal if they don't produce any noticeable amount at all, or a more noticeable amount.
