1. A barefoot mud walk for 10 minutes
2. While walking 'fall' face down in the mud
3. Put a Handful of it down a swimsuit you will wear
4. play and rub the mud all over the body
5. Grab ketchup with you and pour it in your swimsuit
6. Pour ketchup into your hair and rub it in
7. Gargle your mouth with the mud
8. Spit the gargled mud over your body
