While birth control pills, rings, IUDs, shots, and diaphragms all work to prevent pregnancy, condoms are the only effective protection from infections like HIV, syphilis, etc.

Whatever level you play, that's way too much risk for me. Many STIs don't have obvious symptoms, so even the person carrying one may not know they are infected. I would not do this dare.
