1: Pee in a plastic bottle.
2. Everytime you need to pee for the next 3 days
3. Add spit every 12 hours
4. take at least one sip every hour (if you're asleep do all missed sips the next morning)
5. If the bottle fills up so that you can't piss in it anymore, you must drink from it until there's room - keeping you on the same bottle for all 3 days
