Take an enema, diaper up, and order a pizza. When you open the door to get your pizza, release your enema. After you finish all of the food, roll a die to see how many hours before you can change.
Please make my dare an appropriate punishment, I changed my diaper without permission instead of going through a drive through in it as I was supposed to, used the potty without permission, and had an accident in my underwear.
