When you are next in the locker room be sure to get undressed and when in your boxers have a decent wedgie then walk to the toilets and pee. Splash a bit of water on your boxers or dribble some pee to look like a wet patch then walk back and continue changing.

For me, nothing difficult or highly embarrasing like boners or interacting with others. My changing rooms are at the gym with sauna and steam room
