Piss in a cup. Completely empty your bladder in it, and let all that overlflows fall on the floor (or in the bathtub, or wherever you stand)
If the cup overflows, you need to wash your hair with it. You may not wash it out for 30 minutes.
If the cup doesn't overflow, you have to drink all that's inside it.
