Fill a 32 oz cup you get at gas stations full of chocolate pudding. Do your makeup very nice, make sure your nails are done, wear something that makes you feel sexy. Take a picture of yourself looking nice. Put that as your Facebook picture. Then, dump the 32 oz of pudding over your head and make sure it coats your face. Now each time you see your profile pic you will be reminded how you humiliated yourself.
