at a weekend wrap yourself in clingfilm, with enough room to pour osmething in but not for it to leave, under your clothes is aloud, bathing suit preffered. then pourr, custard, beans, spaghetti, tomatoes, eggs (raw), muds, and chocolate sauce now leave them all in for 24, need the toilet go in the wrap
