up and roll a dice... This is the number of marshmallows you are going to insert up your bum x 3. Once you have inserted all the marshamallows you need to wait the proper amount of time depending on the roll you made.
1 - 2 hours
2 - 1 1/2 hours
3 - 1 hour
4 - 45 min
5 - 30 min
6 - 15 min

Once your time is up you may release and continue with the next portion...

Now that you've messed it's time to go for a walk/run. During this walk/run if you pass any benches, bus stops, basically anything you can sit on you must stop and sit for a full minute before continuing. If you make it to a street crossing and need to wait for the crosswalk to let you through lean up against the poll putting extra pressure on your butt. Each roll just like the time corresponds to a distance you need to walk.

1 - 3 miles
2 - 2 1/2 miles
3 - 2 miles
4 - 1 1/2 miles
5 - 1 mile
6 - 1/2 mile

If you mess at all before your waiting period is up you must do the maximum distance.
