1. Wear a triple diaper.
2. take a nice enema and turn the tv on to some kiddish shows(mlp, littlest pet shop, sprout network, disney jr anything like that.) and enjoy for min 2 hrs straight tv.
3. No changing until outermost diaper starts leaking.
4. If you leak before the two hours of TV are up, you have to do the dare again the next day with the addition of having to dress in baby clothes and drinking formula from a bottle and eating baby food.
