Wear some briefs under your cycling shorts put a small butt plug in and fill the front of your briefs with ice (that's why you will need your cycling shorts it will keep everything contained
) now go for a ride until all the ice melts when it has find somewhere quiet or public toilets and cum on your plug then pop it back in and ride home have a good ride
