I got a pretty easy run - I played in easy mode and only had to do four rolls. The first two gave me two cups and three cups, respectively, but I rolled fours on the last two rolls and didn't have to drink anything.
The hardest part was the "what to do" category - I am easily bored and so lying on my back with my eyes closed and without moving was the WORST. I do somewhat feel the need to pee, but it's not bad.
